What items are returnable?
Our refunds only cover manufacturer defects and quality issues.
We will only except exchanges under rare circumstance and will vary case by case. Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable software products.
Are there any charges for return?
Consumer are responsible for the cost of shipping on returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, you refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you are approved for an exchange or replacement, your new products will be dispatched within 2 business days, shipment tracking details will be sent via email.
